“When it comes to the attack on our constitutional religious liberties, we understand these are ultimately spiritual battles that require prayer and trust in God. However, having ADF Church & Ministry Alliance at the ready with legal advice and talented attorneys to defend those constitutional liberties is a wise part or our battle strategy. Inspire encourages the churches of the Charis Fellowship to join in membership with ADF and be prepared to face the legal challenges that we may face in a culture that is increasingly antagonistic towards the church.”
Mark Lingenfelter, President

We believe churches and ministries are essential in illuminating truth and eternal hope in our society. This light—the Gospel—is one that culture and many of our laws seek to dim.
That’s why Alliance Defending Freedom established the Church & Ministry Alliance.
We exist to safeguard your religious freedom from cultural pressures and an overreaching government. We want to equip your ministry with legal support and education so you can freely pursue your calling.
Our team is comprised of Christian attorneys and advocates who share your commitment to and excitement for the Gospel. By joining the ADF Church & Ministry Alliance, you can confidently know that your ministry stands on a firm legal foundation.
ADF attorneys are dedicated to protecting the religious liberty of your church or ministry and helping you navigate the legal aspects of pursuing your mission. Members receive access to experienced legal counsel seeking to help in every way possible within ADF's scope of expertise.
Members gain access to a comprehensive library of educational resources focused on the legal and cultural matters affecting churches and ministries today.
Stay informed on the evolving legal and cultural landscape with curated updates delivered directly to you.
CMA connects you with a like-minded community of church and ministry leaders who share your commitment to religious freedom and a Gospel-centered mission.
